☢️How to Overcome the Feeling of Depression.

Depression is nothing less than slow poison; hence we should make sure to take corrective measures in order to fight with depression. Life is like a movie where we face sadness, romance, comedy and sometimes mystery. Times come when we all become sad due to some situation and it builds up in our head and messes up our mind so badly that our daily life gets hampered. Depression may occur due to the loss of a person, break up, losing a job or not able to meet expectations. During such times of unhappiness, you need to tell yourself that it will be alright.


Here is what you can do when you feel depressed:

-Do something you feel proud about: This may sound dubious, however, that is somewhat on the grounds that distinctive individuals have such generally disparate interests. The hypothesis is that accomplishing something you appreciate will enhance your temperament by diminishing your anxiety and diverting you from the terrible state of mind.

-Focus on Exercising: Exercise is the best medicine. It makes your mind fresh and happy and you will feel energized all day. It helps rebuild your personality and brings a positive attitude towards life. You can even make new friends at the gym or while taking a run in the park.

-Socialize and engage in public activities: Socializing is always the best way to keep the feeling of loneliness at bay. Join a club, Clubs are happening places where one can enjoy their best close to heart activity and engage in it. Participate in events and games which make you fresh, and gives you a chance to socialize with like-minded people. Tell yourself that you love yourself and everything will be fine. To reflect, locate a calm place to sit serenely. Take moderate, full breaths. Concentra on your breathing and on clearing your brain of different considerations. Endeavor to picture your awful inclination leaving your body with each exhalation.

-Avoid alcohol consumption: Alcohol may seem like a perfect option for drowning the gloomy night into sleep. However, if this develops into a habit you will soon gain weight, have serious health problems, show less response to stimuli and have many episodes of rage. If this develops into a routine then you will become more depressed once you are out of alcohol. Your friends and family will be greatly affected by your unpredictable drunk behavior.

-Make new friends: Old friends are always here for you, but making new friends will not hurt. Socializing with new friends always makes you available for new talks, new places, and a new personality.
