Your blood type diet is the restoration of your natural genetic rhythm. Your blood type diet works because you are able to follow a clear, logical, scientifically researched plan based on your cellular profile. Each food group are divided into three categories: Highly beneficial (food that acts like Medicine), Foods allowed (food that is no harm to the blood type) and Foods not allowed (food that acts like a Poison).

Allowed foods:- Meat, vegetable, fish, fruits

Limited foods:-Grains and beans

️Foods not allowed for weight loss: -Wheat, corn, kidney Beans, Cabbage, Brussels, Cauliflower, Mustard greens

 

-Blood type A

🔰Diet Profile:- Vegetarian

Food allowed:-Vegetables, Seafood, Grains, Beans, Fruit

Limited foods:-  None

️Foods not allowed for weight loss: -Meat, Dairy, Kidney Beans

-Blood type B

🔰Diet Profile:- Balanced omnivore

Food allowed:- Meat (no chicken), Dairy, Grains, Beans

Vegetables, Fruit

Limited foods:- None

️Foods not allowed for weight loss: -Corn, Peanuts, Sesame seeds, Buckwheat, Wheat

 

-Blood type AB

🔰Diet Profile:- Mixed diet in moderation

Food allowed:- Meat, Seafood, Dairy, Tofu, Beans, Grains, Vegetables, Fruits

Limited foods:- None

️Foods not allowed for weight loss: -Red meat, Kidney Beans, Lima Beans, Corn
